eSignature credits and pricing

Learn how many eSignatures are included in your plan and how to purchase additional eSignatures.

Every eSignature request in DocExport uses one eSignature credit. Some credits are already included in your plan, and you can top up at any time with a prepaid eSignature pack. There is no extra subscription, and there are no hidden fees.

eSignatures included in your plan

The eSignature feature is available on the Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Unlimited plans. Each of these plans includes a number of eSignature requests per month:

Your included eSignatures renew with every billing period.

You will receive an email when you are getting close to your monthly limit, so you can top up before a request fails.

What counts as one eSignature request

Any time you initiate a new document for signing, that counts as one eSignature request, regardless of how many signers are on the document.

• 1 contract sent to 1 signer = 1 request

• 1 contract sent to 3 signers = 1 request

• The same contract sent again (e.g. a corrected version) = 1 additional request

Purchase additional eSignatures

If you need more eSignatures than your plan includes, you can buy a prepaid eSignature pack. The larger the pack, the lower the price per signature:

Each pack is a one-time purchase, valid for 12 months, and supplements the eSignatures already included in your plan.

Your credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can continue sending eSignature requests right away.

If you need more than one pack, you can increase the quantity during checkout. Every pack you buy stacks on top of your existing credits.

Good to know

• Included first: your monthly included eSignatures are used first. Pack credits are only used once the included eSignatures for the current billing period are used up.

• Validity: unused pack credits expire 12 months after the purchase date.

• No refunds or transfers: unused credits cannot be refunded (partial or otherwise) and cannot be transferred between accounts.

• No extra subscription: an eSignature pack is a one-time payment. It does not change your plan and does not renew automatically.

• Changing plans: you keep your pack credits if you upgrade or downgrade your DocExport plan.
