However, if you encounter issues with exporting large or complex documents, it may be necessary to authorize DocExport to ensure the process completes successfully without running into a time-out.
This ensures that the document generation process has the extended permissions and resources required for handling more demanding export tasks.
Click on the DocExport Board view on any board.
Click on the 'Subscription' tab and on 'Authorizes':Click on the 'App Management' tab, select the 'All Workspaces' option and click on 'Save':
On the next page, click on the blue "Authorize" button:
That's it! From now on, DocExport will no longer experience time-outs during the document generation process. If you encounter any further issues, please contact our support team.
