Which version am I currently using?

It's simple! The app's start screen immediately tells you which version you're using. When you open the app, what does it look like?

Version 1

Name: DocExport

Start: Board or Item level document

Version 2

Name: DocExport V2

Start: Direct preview of the document

How to upgrade to Version 2

Since you already have the DocExport app installed, you can easily add Version 2 as a new Board View and start using it.

1. Add a board view and go to "Explore More Apps"

2. Open up "Installed Apps"

3. Add DocExport V2 to your board.

Version 2 Enhancements

With Version 2, we’ve introduced major improvements, including:

• Instant Preview - See exactly how your documents will look before finalizing and downloading it.

• Less manual work - The app automatically detects whether you're creating an Item or Board-Level document, maps your columns for you, and lets you download your document in just a few clicks without having to follow the step-by-step assistent.
